Roam is a venue discovery and booking platform connecting users to restaurants, events, stays, wellness centres, and beaches across Lagos and Nigeria. We facilitate bookings and payments between users and venues but are not the venue operator.
Bookings made through Roam constitute a reservation with the venue. Booking fees are processed by Paystack and may include a platform service charge. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the booking time unless stated otherwise by the venue.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the venue's cancellation policy. No-shows are non-refundable.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Venues listed on Roam are subject to verification. Roam reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates our standards or receives sustained negative feedback.
The Roam name, logo, and platform design are owned by Roam Technologies. Venue photos and content belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute Roam's content without permission.
Roam is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or accuracy of services provided by venues. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
