We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), booking venues (contact details, payment references), and using our services (search queries, saved spots, booking history).
We use your information to process bookings and send confirmations, personalise your discovery experience, send relevant notifications about venues and deals, and improve our platform through analytics.
Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Transaction references are stored to reconcile bookings. See Paystack's privacy policy at paystack.com/privacy.
We share relevant booking details with the venue you book (name, contact, booking time). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymised analytics with partners.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 3 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

We use local storage (not cookies) to save your preferences and session data. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts are used.
